    Collaborative Event Management & Design is perfect for those with some solid plans at the ready and in need of a few more tools to set you up for success. Our team is here to get you started off with confidence, steady as a rock for anything you need along the way, and then it’s time to make the magic.

    Personalized event design is an element we are passionate about including at this level of service in order to weave the thread of aesthetic continuity across your event. Our involvement with design and detail curation also informs our team on how to best guide you in vendor selection, logistics planning, and thoughtful ways to bring your personal touches into your event.

FAQs

  • 12 months is the sweet spot for getting started if you have a venue selected, allow for a bit more time if not.

  • Consider the level you want to, or know you’ll be able to be involved from start to finish. While both our levels of service are highly collaborative, we are more hands on and manage some vendors more thoroughly for our planning clients while you’ll take the lead after we get you set on the right path when we collaborate on event management.

  • While we’re glad you know what you want, we’re probably not the best fit. There are some areas we just don’t dabble. We have found that we work best when we lead our clients to see their strengths and get involved where they are most excited.
